While I'm trying to dig my way out of this blizzard...thankfully we did not lose power...I wanted to share some fun giveaways.

Here We Go, Again.

Some of you may have heard, the East Coast is getting a BLIZZARD. So many of my neighbors are still trying to deal with the recovery from Sandy.
I wish it was this kind

I texted snowplow Jim to make sure he still has me on his list. We get plowed out on anything over 6". Three of us don't mind shoveling when it's less than that. The teen daughter "doesn't shovel".

I told Jim I was getting older, and he should make an addendum to my request.

Start plowing at 4"....please!

The news is predicting power outages and property damage. I may regret not taking my husband's request for a generator more seriously. Just for the record, it was not possible to get one before spring...I think?

What am I working on? Well, for the first ORC I made over my dining room. The next ORC, I tackled my master bedroom.
So, it seemed only fair to ask my family what room they wanted. Here's the vote:

Welcome to my entry There are 3 parts to it. This is the view from the front door. I'm calling this section 1.

It is between section 1 and the kitchen. It is also where the coat closet and powder room are located.

And now for section 3. The most neglected area.

As some of you know, I have been obsessing over an all white foyer with a splash of color for over a year.

Outdoor Dinner Party

No, I won't be having an outdoor dinner party any time soon..... looks like snow on Sunday. Pinterest got the better of me on this one. I have been pinning and dreaming of warm summer nights, good friends and good food.
