Procrastination Updates

Last month, I shared with you how I updated my DIY's & Featured page. As I mentioned, it was incredibly time consuming....almost as bad as installing crown molding. Well, last week my daughter had the Flu...the real one...the one that causes the entire family to go on Tamiflu. Since I was home-bound, I decided to update the Garden & My Home pages.

I think the Clorox bleach wipes made me high

I used the same program that I used for the DIY's page. The program is no longer free. It reminds me how our cable company gave us free boxes for all our tv's....it won't be long before they charge us for each box....now that we're hooked on them like caffeine

This is a sample of the page

Let's face it, garden pictures look better than DIY pictures.

The My Home page has some of the areas I have shown you, and will continue to grow over time.

I also forgot to tell you about this adorable necklace I won. It was a giveaway from the Tiptoe Butterfly
It came from World Vision. That makes it is extra special to me.

I'm counting this as my January Project Procrastination....Finish the Unfinished. I'll be pinning it to the board. Oh wow, I just noticed that some people are really getting things done and pinned.

Have you joined in? Do you want to?

Good for you Linda, This looks great! In typical procrastination style, I have procrastinated on my procrastination project, so unfortunately as yet, I have nothing to share!

Linda, I guess the flu had a silver lining in that you got some blog organization tackled! Sorry to hear your daughter was so sick, hope it's behind all of you! Can't wait to check out your garden page - I have some lofty goals for our garden this year. And YES - I am IN with this procrastination project plan - I am going to post about it so I will be publicly committed to getting stuff done that I've already started! Thanks for the kick in the pants :)

Good morning Linda...I am sorry to hear about your poor daughter - I hope she is feeling better and the tamiflu keeps the rest of you from getting it! The blessing in disguise is you crossed a big item off your list and your site looks AMAZING. I enjoyed looking at all your pictures - your gardening skills are pretty incredibly - I wish mine looked even remotely like yours.

Enjoy your weekend...and stay warm! xoxoxoxo

Your home and garden are seriously a dream. WOW. Right now my yard is just grass and a ton of empty flower beds. You've seriously inspired me to find my inner green thumb this spring!

You are so good about figuring out the tech stuff and making things happen. I'm a bit envious. I have so many things I need to do and it's just whenever my husband has a minute here and there.

It's awesome that you were able to update your blog, too bad it took the flu to do it but at least you made the best of things. :)

F'ing flu! So sorry to hear it. You're such a productive person. How the hell do you do it ALL? I'm in awe.

Getting that menu list has been on my blog to-do list for quite some time. Is it hard to manage and to start up? And how much do they charge?
