Nantucket Guest - High Cotton Style

Today, I have Fletcher here from High Cotton Style. Do you remember High Cotton Style? I featured her blog along with a few others in this post. Fletcher recently bought a new home, so there are lots of projects going on at her blog. Also, she likes when we give our opinion....and who doesn't want to give their opinion?

Hey ya'll! I'm Fletcher from High Cotton StyleI'm happy to be here to share with you my prospective real estate investments in Nantucket. You see, I'm in the market for a new vacation house and here are a few of my favorites. I can't afford to buy all of these so I'm going to need your help narrowing it down to one. Think you can help?

Option 1:

$49,000,000
9 bedrooms 9.5 baths

In case you couldn't see it, here is an up close view.

Bringing the outdoors in. Or in this case, bringing the boat in. Literally.

Plenty of room for guests to wake up to a beautiful view!

Bead board in the bathroom, one of the many things I think of when thinking of Nantucket.

I think I could work out of this office. Who am I kidding, like I would be working!

And with a view like that, this is a serious contender.

Option 2:

40 Low Beach Road
$6,9995,000
4 Bedrooms and 4 Baths

Such charm on the outside!

I always think of this color scheme when thinking of Nantucket.

Look at that detailing in those floors!

Yeah, I could definitely have my morning coffee, afternoon mimosa and sunset wine from here:)

  Option 3:

5 Shawkemo Hills Lane
$10,800,000
5 Bedrooms  6 Full Baths  3 Half Baths

Do you think I need captions for this house? I think not! Love it ALL! I think I've decided on option 3. I just love it!   I am currently looking for investors. If you're interested, contact me:)

Oh, and be sure to stop by and visit High Cotton Style sometime! It was so much fun being here today! Thank you, Linda for asking me to post.

I would take number 2 just for the floors! But number 1 & 3 are to die for! Can you imagine?

I'll buy # 3 with you Fletcher. I love it, and love how easy on the eyes the interior is, so we can focus on the views! Gotta get to work if Im going to buy this one! Great post, love the real-estate finds.

Ahhh-I love number three also! But I'd be happy with that little "office" in number two, thank you very much!
Hope you fared well through the storm, Linda.
