The ninth graders leave for a week long trip Sunday, so I'll be busy with the packing list. And tonight is "Back to School Night" which is 6-9. Oh my. Enjoy your freedom : )
Oh yeah!! I just said to someone that I have design ADD right now because of all the pent up craft frustration I've been feeling all summer not getting a single project completed. Now I can't decide which way to turn.
Oh wow. Can't wait to see what you'll tackle next! For me it's a closet...I'm going to get started this weekend with removing the old rails and paint it WHITE! Loved the video!!
Hope your life gets back to normal now. I spent a few hours in an old bookstores buying vintage books for their color plates...so yummy. I need to start a few projects next week. I hope all is well sweetie. Kerry got those lanterns for me! yay! they didn't go to waste. Nancy Powellbrowerhome.com
Oh my ... enjoy the FREEDOM ...and I love the video!! I have so many things to do ... like Carol ... I don't know which way to turn. The LIST begins!! xo
LOVE that song! Mine went back on Tuesday but Joe has been off all week. Finally, tomorrow I will have an empty house. Now I know what song I'll be singing all day while spray painting and moving furniture! Tackling the foyer and my office at the moment.
School started here on August 15th and I am so glad to have some semblance of a routine back! My DIY has been slow to pick back up, but right now I'm finishing up a bunch of little projects before the boys' birthday party next weekend. I need more time!

I have a couple of DIY ideas in mind. All require reupholstery or painting. Yikes!
I just made some goodie bags for my daughter's birthday party. Nothing major.
