Cedar Cove...Real Home

Have you been watching the series Cedar Cove? It's a total 'chic' show and hardly the most in-depth content, but none the less....I like it. Alright, admittedly, I have quite a bit of time on my hands as of late. Yes, I may have binge watched through the first season and after all these years, I still love Andie MacDowell

Although filmed in Vancouver, the show setting is the fictitious coastal town of the same name influenced by Port Orchard, Washington (Bainbridge Island). I love the scenery and wanted to see what a real home in this area looked like......don't you?

Here is a property listing from Bainbridge Island , WA.

If I can't find a home for myself, I might as well find something for one of you :). I promise, I will visit you if you buy this one

Schedules & Links

School has finally started for both my kids. We are always the last to get out of school, and the last to start up again. Next summer will be really short for them because they get out at the end of June in NJ and the Florida schools start back up in August.

I like being on a schedule and I actually think my kids do better on one, too. I'm going to be thinking of summer while I fill out the endless stack of paperwork that comes home the first week of school.

I thought you might enjoy some television talk...

If you haven't seen the preview for Downton Abbey, here it is

The sneak peak for Revenge is also out and Emily is in a wedding dress!?!

The Scandal Season 3 promo is out. Looks like a great year for this, too.

I'm also looking forward to Bethenny's Talk Show. It's filming in NY and you can get tickets here.

Please help me out before you go, what's for dinner in your house?

I hate that question.

Have a great weekend!

Television Addicts, Unite!

I have never been shy or made excuses about my addiction to television. I love binge watching television. I could start a blog on the Bravo shows, alone. In fact, I do many of my projects with the television on as background entertainment. If I'm working in the garage, I usually take the iPad out there.
I know this is a contradiction to my addiction, but I don't like the way a television looks in a room....yes...crazy! I think these are really creative and attractive solutions for incorporating a television into the decor.
